50% success rate, and no response or support

We purchased 200 copies of MSG Viewer at my company. We have found that it works great with Outlook messages saved in the Unicode format, but crashes when opening emails in the Outlook Message Format (without Unicode). Several emails have been sent to MSG Viewer support email, but no response has been received to date. I would love to give this five stars, but cant based on a 50/50 success rate and total lack of support or response to technical issues.
